Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your Lumarella package in real-time.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Timelines

We currently provide specialized shipping services to our customers in the United States and Europe. Please note that these timeframes refer to the time in transit after the order has been processed:

  • Europe: 8–12 Business Days

  • United States: 12–16 Business Days

Important Delivery Notices

While we strive to meet the above timelines for every order, please be aware that certain external factors beyond our control may lead to extended delivery windows. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Seasonal Peak Volumes: During high-traffic periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season, courier networks experience significant backlogs. Please allow for an additional 3–5 business days during these times.

  • Holidays: Our logistics partners do not operate on local or international public holidays, which may slightly shift your expected delivery date.

  • Extreme Weather & Force Majeure: Severe weather conditions (such as blizzards, hurricanes, or floods) or unforeseen global logistics disruptions can occasionally impact transit routes.

  • Customs Inspections: For international shipments, occasional delays may occur due to standard customs clearance procedures in your home country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we will send you a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our support team.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lumarella is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details regarding imports from international hubs.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
