You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to decide if it’s a keeper. If it’s not the perfect match, you can return it for a refund. To be eligible for a return, we simply ask that:

• The dress is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).

• It’s free from any scents, makeup stains, or pet hair.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know it arrived safely. We’ll process your refund immediately, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Most banks take about 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement.

Exchanges

In a hurry for a different size or style? The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures your new favorite dress gets to you as quickly as possible!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our quality, but if we made a mistake or if your dress arrived damaged, please let us know right away! We will send out a replacement immediately or offer a full refund—shipping is on us in these cases.
